Studio Art House

Studio Art House offers art classes, camps, workshops, and parties where students create original works of art. Students explore many art mediums, including watercolor, acrylic paints, charcoal, pencil, pastels, oils, and sculpting clay, while studying different art styles, techniques, and artists throughout history. Weekly classes include Preschool Art, Drawing & Painting for Ages K–2nd Grade, Drawing & Painting for Ages 3rd–5th Grade, Homeschool Art, Tween Art, Teen Art, Adult Art, and Extra Special Art, along with scouting projects, birthday parties, and any occasion or no occasion parties.

• Ages: 4–18 years old
• Schedule: Weekly classes are available year-round with start dates at any time; Preschool Art classes are 30 minutes, K–2nd and 3rd–5th Drawing & Painting classes are 1 hour, Tween Art classes are 1.5 hours, and Teen and Adult Art classes are 2 hours; art camps for ages 5–16 run as week-long or one-day camps during school breaks and throughout the summer.

Studio Art House was established in 2000 by a family of artists and later changed owners at the beginning of 2012. The program has expanded to serve artists of all ages in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and now includes additional locations in Southlake and Highland Village. The structured curriculum is taught and approved by degreed professional artists. The current owner, Anita Robbins, has been teaching art for over 15 years, is a professional artist with work found around the world, and holds a Fine Art degree from Brigham Young University; she teaches classes for different levels and ages at all locations. Studio Art House states that it is dedicated to providing quality art education for all ages through a personalized teaching format, with instructors who strive to inspire creative expression and artistic development as students learn by creating original works of art.
