About

School of Rock Spring offers performance-based music education that includes one-on-one private music lessons, group music lessons, group rehearsals, and band practices. Students learn to play classic rock songs while working on fundamentals like chords, rhythm, song structure, melody, and dynamics, and they can experiment with multiple instruments using simplified rock instruments, hand percussion, and other tools to learn rhythm patterns and music syntax. The program also includes songwriting, arrangement, music theory, songwriting exercises, lyrical workshops, recording original songs, and live performances, including shows in real rock venues and a Songwriting Program that culminates with a live showcase or remote recording of original songs.
