Sugar Land Art Center & Gallery Camps and Classes

Sugar Land Art Center & Gallery Camps and Classes offers art camps that use acrylics, watercolors, collage art, and clay. The program also offers LEGO camps with new challenges and a Design, Build & Race Your Car activity on Thursdays. Additional activities include art paint pouring, Gelli plate printing, air-dry clay sculpting, Zentangle, Boujee Art, art and music classes, art shows and exhibits, and sessions with live models for life drawing.

Sugar Land Art Center & Gallery operates as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Its facilities include twenty-two private studios and four classrooms, along with an art gallery, resident artists, photography, jewelry, kids art camp, kids LEGO camp, and live models/life drawing. The executive director is Stevan F. Williamson. The organization states that its goal is to provide an inspiring environment for creative individuals through education and a feeling of community, to offer artists of all levels resources and opportunities to grow in the arts and fulfill their artistic passion in a positive, energetic environment, and to contribute to the Sugar Land area and beyond to promote art awareness.
