EOAC Head Start is part of the EOAC Children (Head Start) program area. The program includes early learning, nutritious meals, health screenings, and family support as part of its services for children.

For 60 years, EOAC has helped families across the Heart of Texas overcome barriers and find hope. Its mission is “Meeting urgent needs today while building stability for tomorrow.” EOAC offers practical support through four key program areas: Children (Head Start), Education & Careers (EmpowerU), Energy Assistance, and Emergency Assistance. EOAC is a 2025 Workforce Development Grant recipient through the Texas Mutual Foundation. Counties served include McLennan, Bosque, Freestone, Limestone, Hill, Falls, Johnson, Ellis, and Navarro.
