Wimberley Athletic Club offers a range of youth sports activities, including Kickball, the PIPS (Players in Progress) basketball program, TOPS (Texans On Point), Lil Diggers and Little Diggers, NFL Punt, Pass & Kick, NFL Flag Football, ASA Girls Fast Pitch Softball, Club Volleyball, and Club Basketball. The program also provides Open Gym time, clinics and camps, private lessons, serve clinics, and specialized positional training. For volleyball, Wimberley Athletic Club runs an 11's & 12's CLUB program.

Wimberley Athletic Club was established in 1996. The leadership team includes Gary "Catfish" Pigg as Founder and Executive Director and Tiffany Adams as Manager/Registrar. The stated mission is to benefit those who wish to achieve excellence in athletics and to promote interest in sport at the local level, to teach the values of teamwork, responsibility, self-discipline, and develop leadership skills, to develop interest and encourage participation in sport for elementary, middle, and high school players, to provide players with fundamentals, mechanics, technical training, and local practice, and to encourage and help athletes pursue higher education with exposure of Wimberley Athletic Club players to college programs. The program describes its offerings as fun, affordable programs in youth sports, with serve clinics and specialized positional training, and states that its goal is to train young athletes to prepare them for their future in athletics. Wimberley Athletic Club also participates in community involvement by collecting toys for Gold Santa in Wimberley, Texas.
