Kidcreate Studio - Alexandria

Kidcreate Studio Alexandria offers art classes, camps, workshops, birthday parties, and gallery showings where kids work with real art materials in small-group classes. The studio also runs No School Day camps, Spring Break, Fall Break, Winter Break, and summer camps, with finished projects that kids take home the same day in camps. Kidcreate Studio Alexandria provides private birthday parties with a dedicated party leader and all materials included, and it offers mobile partnerships for after-school enrichment, PTA events, library programs, scout programs, community programs, corporate family days, and private events.

Kidcreate Studio Alexandria is a hands-on, screen-free art studio with three levels of classes (Art 1, Art 2, Art 3) where kids progress through different media such as acrylics, clay, pastels, and mixed media. Its curriculum focuses on steady, week-over-week skill building with intentionally small class sizes and real instruction. Alexandria instructors are working artists who talk to kids about color, line, and shape. Three times a year, the studio becomes a gallery to display student work. Kidcreate Studio Alexandria is locally owned by Diane and is part of one of the country’s largest art studios made just for kids, with a 4.9★ average parent rating and feedback from families, including one parent who shared, “It’s the only thing all week she’ll put her shoes on for without asking why.” The studio partners with schools, preschools, libraries, community organizations, and companies and states that it is proudly serving Alexandria, Virginia and many surrounding neighborhoods.
