Kaizen MMA After School Program offers training in Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), wrestling, boxing, mixed martial arts (MMA), kids’ martial arts, karate, and women’s self-defense. The program is part of a broader set of activities that also includes Little Lions, Young Lions, seasonal camps, birthday parties, and parents night out events.

Kaizen MMA After School Program is part of Kaizen MMA, which has been serving its community with dedication and excellence for over 25 years. The program follows the philosophy of continuous improvement, based on the Japanese concept of “Kaizen.” Kaizen MMA is described as Virginia’s most successful martial arts team and has trained numerous athletes who have competed in UFC, Bellator, and One Championship, as well as national and international champions in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing, kids’ martial arts, karate, and women’s self-defense. The program is offered in a supportive, family-friendly environment, with classes available for all age and skill levels and a one week Free Trial Pass and free trial classes at each location.
