Capital Gymnastics National Training Center offers gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, power tumbling, and trampoline, along with cheerleading programs. The program also offers adult open gym, summer camps, and a homeschool program. It offers recreational classes and competitive programs for all ages and levels, from preschool through adult, and includes specialized training for TOPS and Elite.

Capital Gymnastics National Training Center states that it is dedicated to children’s fitness and that the sport of gymnastics will increase a child’s strength, flexibility, and coordination, as well as give them the confidence and determination to be successful, and that it is their desire to instill in children a lifelong love of fitness, exercise, and self-achievement. The facility offers over 23,000 square feet of air-conditioned space with brand new floors, state-of-the-art competitive equipment, plenty of viewing area, an on-site pro-shop, clean and private bathrooms, and plentiful cubbies for recreational classes, cheer, and guests. The program is a 10-time Virginia USAG Club of the Year recipient and is described as one of the leading gymnastics clubs in the country and one of the most prestigious and fast-growing gym programs in the US, and it is featured in the 2026 Ozone & Turn catalog.
The leadership team includes Tish Simmons, Manager (Women’s Team); Neil Simmons, Manager (Office Staff); Brian Rivera, Trampoline & Power Tumbling Director; and Rachel Miller, Director of the Xcel Program. Staff credentials include Tatiana Perskaia, who earned the titles of “Distinguished Coach of the Ukraine” and “Distinguished Coach of the Soviet Union,” is an International Brevet Judge, and is on the USA Gymnastics Women’s National Team Coaching Staff. Jose Teran has a bachelor degree in Geography and High Performance Sports and was the head coach of the Venezuelan junior national team. Alex Chiriboga is a national judge of Ecuador and has a degree in physical education. Rachel Miller possesses a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Renato Araujo has over 30 years of experience as a gymnastics coach and has been to many international competitions including 3 Olympic Games.
