Fairfax Gymnastics Academy

Fairfax Gymnastics Academy offers recreational classes, competitive teams, cheer and tumbling, private lessons, open gym, and summer camp. Open gym is an unstructured, uncoached time in the gym during the summer. The gym is fully equipped for men’s and women’s gymnastics with competition-level apparatuses, a foam pit, and trampolines in an 8,000 square foot, fully climate-controlled facility.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday from 3–4 PM, with open gym available during the summer

Fairfax Gymnastics Academy states that it is dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and positive learning environment for children and offers gymnastics programs for children of all ability levels. The program states that it provides professional training intended to help instill self-confidence as athletes set goals and strive to meet their full potential, and describes its goals as including confidence, discipline, body awareness, and strength, along with having fun, learning new skills, meeting friends, and growing in self-confidence.

The academy is staffed with professionals who have a fundamental belief in the benefits of gymnastics training as fitness for children. FGA has been selected for the 2018 Best of Fairfax Awards in the Gymnastics Schools category and was awarded Club of the Year 2015 by VAUSAG for outstanding contribution to Virginia gymnastics.

Parents do not wait in the lobby, and drop-off and pick-up take place in a roped-off parking lot area. Parents may watch via the LiveStream on the Customer Portal App during their child’s class. To sign up for any classes, each family must have an account on the Customer Portal, and FGA will not take enrollments or re-enrollments without an account.
