Dynamic Gymnastics offers gymnastics, Kids Open Gym, Adult Open Gym, and summer camp. Kids Open Gym is available on Saturdays from 1:00PM to 2:00PM. Adult Open Gym is available on Mondays and Wednesdays.

All participants must have a Jackrabbit account in order to register for open gyms. Registration for summer camp is open. Waitlists are free, and families are not charged for classes until a child is enrolled. The program states that gymnastics is about more than learning specific skills and that its goal is inspiring each participant to achieve their personal best.
