Milestones Play Gym & Pediatric Therapy

Milestones Play Gym & Pediatric Therapy offers Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Music Therapy, and Pediatric Yoga Therapy, along with Music, Play & Connection and Yoga for Regulation sessions. The program uses The Milestones Method therapist-developed framework, which is inspired by occupational therapy principles including the Person-Environment-Occupation (PEO) Model. Children participate in child-led play and Invitations to Play in thoughtfully prepared indoor and outdoor environments that support movement, exploration, creativity, relationships, and meaningful participation.

Milestones is a therapist-founded practice offering pediatric therapy, enrichment programs, and community experiences. It provides a continuum of services that includes Individual Therapy, Parallel Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Group Therapy, and Enrichment Programs. The program offers year-round programming through seasonal semesters, Summer Enrichment, community events, workshops, and select drop-in opportunities. Enrichment Programs are non-therapy services and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement. Accessible options include affordable subscriptions, weekly drop-in opportunities when available, and flexible payment options whenever possible. Services areas supported include Early Development, Sensory Processing, Communication Skills, Motor Development, Emotional & Self-Regulation, Feeding Support, Social Engagement, Play-Based Learning, Daily Living Skills, Parent Education & Collaboration, and Inclusion & Community Support. Telehealth appointments, a client portal, online payments, and a request appointment option are available. The practice is in-network with Anthem commercial health plans, offers superbills for many out-of-network plans, and has private-pay options and payment arrangements available when appropriate. Insurance accepted includes Private Pay, Out-of-Network Insurance Reimbursement, and Anthem. The program states that every child deserves an individualized pathway to participation and growth. Private events and birthdays are offered. Families have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what services may cost, and the client portal is not to be used for emergency situations; if in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, families are instructed to call 911 immediately.
