• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: School Age Child Care (SACC) operates Monday–Friday from 7 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.; the Sully Teen Center operates Monday–Friday from 2–6 p.m.

Sully Community Center Youth Programs operate within a facility that opened on Sept. 12, 2022. The programs are part of a center led by Division Director Chris Scales. Programs are offered by both Neighborhood and Community Services (NCS) and the Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA), and they use features such as a partnership garden, a Sensory Room, and a large double, side-by-side gymnasium that can be divided by a temporary wall. The Fairfax County Health Department’s Healthcare Suite, HealthWorks for Northern Virginia, the Fairfax County Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program, and Western Fairfax Christian Ministries’ Free Food Fridge operate in the same overall facility.
