The music school is staffed by working musicians and music educators, including a mix of classically trained musicians and working professionals whose teachers actively tour, perform, and record as independent artists or as backing musicians for other musicians and bands. Bach to Rock is described as a modern music school for future stars, with programs for all ages, all musical styles, and all experience levels, including early childhood development programs for toddlers, preschoolers, and early elementary students. The program uses a step-by-step curriculum that rewards achievement at each level, offers a performance-based approach with live events, and features a Wall of Fame for standout students and bands.
