Children’s Museum of Richmond Programs include activities such as the traveling exhibit “Framed: Step into Art™,” where visitors can step inside the framework of famous paintings. The programs also include Sensory Friendly Nights, Wonder-FULL Wednesdays – Toddler Program – Downtown, Process Art Adventures at both Downtown and Chesterfield, Seymour Grooves with Books! – Downtown, CultureFest with Cultural Encounters – Chesterfield, and a June Birthday Party Promo in Chesterfield that offers $50 off June birthday parties.

• Ages: 0–12 years old
• Schedule: Sensory Friendly Nights are hosted on the third Friday of each month from 5:00–7:00 pm.
• Price: Guests who present their SNAP EBT card, EBT App, or WIC card will receive $2 admission for up to 6 individuals.

The Children’s Museum of Richmond’s mission is to inspire growth in all children by engaging families in learning through play. The Children’s Museum of Richmond participates in Museums for All, with the Museums for All program sponsored by CarMax. The Children’s Museum of Richmond is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Children’s Museum is a community resource of programs and activities built around learning through play and providing access for all children and their caregivers, with options for community involvement through volunteering, donating books to the Book Bank, making financial gifts, and volunteering at museum locations.
