USA Ninja Challenge Quantico offers ninja classes, ninja camps, and ninja parties that use obstacle course activities as a core part of the program. The program includes a year-round obstacle course training program that combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross-training, and track and field. The dress code requires students to wear a short sleeve T-shirt or tank and shorts, with long pants or leggings allowed if they are tight fitting, and long hair must be put up with hair ties, scrunchies, or clips, without bobby pins.
