Ability Center of Virginia Programs

Ability Center of Virginia Programs include several options for individuals with different abilities. ABILITY DAYS is a day program for adults that focuses on everyday adventures. ARTWORKS is an art program for adults to make greeting cards, and CAMP ABILITY is a summer camp for individuals of all ages.

The mission of Ability Center of Virginia is helping children and adults with disabilities lead productive, happy lives. The organization states that it provides superior programs and services to support the needs of individuals with different abilities throughout Hampton Roads, and describes ACVA as a family where everyone is welcome and no one is ever turned away. The programs include a wide range of activities that encourage community inclusion, personal independence, healthy life choices, and social skill development.
