Girls on the Run Piedmont

Girls on the Run Piedmont offers Girls on the Run for 3rd-5th grades, Heart & Sole for 6th-8th grades, and Camp GOTR for 3rd-5th grades. Camp GOTR: Girls Have Heart runs June 71, 2027, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day and includes transportation during the camp day, lunch and snacks each day, an official Camp GOTR shirt, a camp bracelet, all program and activity materials, and a Community Impact Project.

About the provider

The program says it has served over 2,000 girls since 2013. Its mission is to offer evidence-based programs that inspire participants to recognize their inner strength, increase their level of physical activity, imagine their possibilities, and stand up for themselves and others. The programs include a Community Impact Project, and Camp GOTR also includes hands-on community experiences and a community service component.

The site says no girl is ever turned away due to financial hardship. For Camp GOTR, Pay What You Can options will be available, and families may select a registration amount that works for their circumstances.
