Camp LIGHT is a summer day camp program for individuals with special needs and at-risk youth. Camp is offered as a 4-day session, with 8 sessions to choose from in 2026, including sessions for kids ages 6–12 with special needs, individuals ages 6–17 with special needs, teens ages 13–17 with special needs, kids ages 6–12 with lower support special needs and at-risk youth, and adults ages 18 and older with special needs. Camp LIGHT is offered to families at no cost so that children with medical, physical, behavioral, and other special needs, as well as at-risk youth, have the opportunity to participate in the program despite their financial situation.

The mission of Camp LIGHT is to show kids with special needs and circumstances that life is only limited by their imagination, and to give them new tools and skills, along with love and support, to inspire them to become anything they can dream. Programs will help release the emotional, physical, and financial burdens caused by serious childhood illnesses, and will provide a peer network that reaches far beyond the LIGHT of a summer campfire. Camp LIGHT's programs are supported through donations, foundations, grants, and annual fundraisers such as a live auction, cruise in, and Christmas Wonderland.

Camp LIGHT and the events held at Creative Works Farm are run by volunteers who dedicate their time to make a positive impact in the lives of children in the community. The project founders are Scott and Cathy Balsley, and the Board of Directors includes Charles Scott Balsley (President), Raymond Gochenour (Vice President), Whitney Sportelli (Treasurer), Kelly Truxell (Secretary, Development Director), Cathy Balsley (Chairperson), Dr Robert Gunther, MD (Chairperson), Joey Truxell (Chairperson), Dr Melissa Hostetter, MD (Chairperson), Zach Straits (Chairperson), Nathan Trice (Chairperson), Charlie Beverage (Chairperson), Jeff Long (Chairperson), Phil Sandridge (Chairperson), and Susan Wilkinson (Chairperson).
