AlphaBEST Before and After School Programs – Prince William County Public Schools offers daily enrichment that includes coding, robotics, art, drama, Spanish, Mandarin, sign language, fitness and sports, engineering and maker activities, digital animation, and other arts activities. The program also includes homework time, outdoor play, and student-choice clubs as part of its regular schedule. Every student participates in enrichment activities every day at no additional charge, and snacks, homework help, recreation, and student-choice clubs are provided to every student.
• Ages: 5–13 years old
• Schedule: Hours 6:00 a.m. to start of school and from dismissal to 6:30 p.m.
• Price: 2026/2027 weekly rates with standard, reduced, and School’s Out Camp options, plus an annual registration fee and discounts for 4+ children and active military
A daily snack is provided every day, and students are welcome to bring their own nut-free snacks from home. AlphaBEST Education has been providing before and after school programs since 2005 and is a family-owned business that also provides day camps. The program states that every program is tailored to meet the needs of each unique community and that a Subsidy Program can pay some or all tuition fees for eligible families.
Experienced, caring, and licensed staff are listed as part of the program. The leadership team includes Area Managers Morgan Stalter, Donna Davies, Tamisha Waring, and Rayna Dias-King, and District Managers Perwin Alhakeem and Laytoria Rutherford.
