Coding with Kids offers coding and Computer Science classes where students work with programming languages such as Python and Scratch. The program includes AP Computer Science courses and online international coding competitions with global participant ranking. Coding with Kids provides online and in-person group and private classes and summer camps through a comprehensive coding curriculum for ages 5–18.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Camps up to 3 hours per day for 5 days; group classes once a week for 1 hour 15 minutes; private classes once a week for 50 minutes; enrichment classes in 6- or 10-week sessions once a week for 1 or 1.5 hours; support hours available Monday–Thursday afternoons and early evenings, Friday afternoon, and Saturday–Sunday mornings (America/Los_Angeles time)

All Coding with Kids curriculum is designed to grow with students by focusing on teaching coding skills and introducing programming languages appropriate for each student’s age and experience level. The program uses a project-focused approach without theory-only lectures and an individualized approach that allows students to advance at their own pace, supported by the Coder's Ladder® ongoing core programming academy and Coder's Pathways® short-term enrichment courses or camps, with an option for private classes. Programs have been designed by Computer Science experts, and Coding with Kids provides highly qualified teachers with academic and industry experience.
Coding with Kids has 12.4 years of history and has been teaching AP Computer Science courses at the Bear Creek School in Redmond, WA since 2015. Since 2014, Coding with Kids has been providing afterschool enrichment coding classes at over 600 partner schools and has been teaching in-school Computer Science classes at numerous U.S. schools, including coding classes for all middle school grades at Seattle Country Day School. The organization reports having taught 66,000+ students, including 22,000+ online students, and working with 900+ school partners.
Coding with Kids has been voted Best Coding Class and Best Tech Camp by Parenting OC Magazine and Best STEM Camp by NW Kids Magazine, and has been featured on NBC's The TODAY Show. The program reports a customer reviews rating of 4.6 out of 5.
