Jr. Rangers Skills Camps focuses on soccer-specific training that includes ball mastery and individual skill acquisition. Camp sessions cover 1v1 attacking moves and turns to change direction, as well as passing, receiving, and ball striking. Players also work on individual defending fundamentals and team concepts such as spacing, positioning, shape, and positional relationships.

The Jr. Rangers Summer Skills Camps are scheduled as Camp #1 from July 6–9, 9am–12pm, and Camp #2 from July 20–23, 9am–12pm. The program is led by Premier Coaching Staff headed by a Technical Director and three Directors of Coaching, and the staff includes nationally licensed, experienced college coaches and former professional players. The leadership team includes Program Director Noah Braun and WFC College Advisors Jamie Arthurs (WWU Assistant Women’s Coach, Rangers Girls DOC, Girls College Advisor), Josh Braun (Rangers Boys DOC, Boys College Advisor), and Travis Connell (WWU Head Women’s Coach, WFC Rangers Technical Advisor). For over 40 years, WFC Rangers has helped players grow from the local fields of Whatcom County to the highest levels of the game and operates under the mission statement, “Driven by Purpose, Empowered with Passion, Destined for Greatness.” WFC Rangers partners with their community to promote teamwork, collaborative effort, and challenge-seeking while developing each athlete’s unique possibility, and they engage players in leadership development and community service. The club uses a proven club-wide curriculum strategically designed to progress talent through advanced training, individual skill work, and competitive exposure, and its top teams compete in Washington Youth Soccer’s Regional Club League (RCL) and in MLS NEXT. The organization offers a single membership fee model described as one of the most cost-effective competitive clubs in the country, along with scholarships and flexible payment plans, and provides access to more than ten high quality turf fields across Whatcom County plus indoor soccer and futsal options during winter.
