RVC employs 28 coaches whose experience includes school, club, collegiate, and professional levels, and all coaches complete annual continuing education courses in person or online. The club’s mission is to inspire youth athletes and develop mental and physical growth in volleyball while fostering teamwork, honor, and integrity, and to promote and encourage the growth of youth volleyball across all socioeconomic groups in the Spokane community and surrounding areas. The club reports that 95% of its athletes continue to play volleyball after high school and notes that interested players have access to recruiting services through staff to help navigate the college recruiting process.
