Renovators Volleyball Club offers youth volleyball, including a post season team that competes at the Emerald City Classic. The program also runs Brian Gimmillaro's 2019 RVC Clinic, July Open Gym Sessions, and Indoor Tryouts for the 2026-27 season.

Founded in 2015 by club director and owner Rob White, Renovators Volleyball Club is a growing, competitive juniors club in Spokane, Washington. The club’s first year consisted of 4 teams, and by 2020 it had 12 teams ranging from U12–U18. RVC employs 28 coaches whose experience includes school, club, collegiate, and professional levels, and all coaches must complete CECs in person or online every year. The club reports that 95% of its athletes continue to play volleyball after high school and offers access to recruiting services through staff to help navigate the college recruiting process. Renovators Volleyball Club also offers RVC Player Scholarship Awards and tracks RVC Athletes who received a college scholarship, as well as RVC College Bound Athletes.

The mission of Renovators Volleyball Club is to inspire youth athletes and develop mental and physical growth in the sport of volleyball, while fostering an atmosphere of teamwork, honor, and integrity. The club states that it promotes and encourages the growth of youth volleyball across all socioeconomic groups in the Spokane community and surrounding areas. The club uses the slogan, “Renovators Mount Up! Lead with Heart. Train with Heart. Play with Heart.”
