Smash BJJ Kids Martial Arts

Smash BJJ Kids Martial Arts offers Little Dragons for ages 3 to 5, where kids learn Jiu-Jitsu through play and games and work on reflexes and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu foundations. It also offers Children's BJJ for ages 6 to 9, Teen BJJ for ages 10 to 14, kids classes focused on bully prevention and personal safety/self-esteem, adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and martial arts summer camps.

Programs

• Little Dragons — 3 to 5 years old · Kids Jiu-Jitsu class taught through play and games; develops reflexes and foundations of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
• Children's BJJ — 6 to 9 years old · Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program for self-defense, strength, confidence, and respect.
• Teen BJJ — 10 to 14 years old · Jr. Grappler's Class focused on bully prevention and self-defense from physical attack.
• Kids Martial Arts Classes — Kids classes in Spokane Valley designed for bully prevention and personal safety/self-esteem.
• Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — Adult classes in Spokane Valley focused on fitness, self-defense, and mental toughness.
• Boxing — Boxing classes for people of all ages and experience levels in Spokane Valley.
• Summer Camp — Martial arts summer camps for students of all ages; offered at the Deer Park location.
