According to the mission statement, Code Ninjas Camps focuses on kids learning real AI, robotics, and coding skills through structured, hands-on lessons that feel like play, and on turning screen time into skill time with activities that build problem-solving, creativity, and confidence. The curriculum is described as outcome-based learning, with clear learning goals and activities and assessments designed for learners to achieve those goals.

Code Ninjas holds the International Society for Technology in Education Seal of Approval and is described as the world’s largest and fastest-growing kids' coding franchise, with hundreds of locations in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The Code Ninjas Prodigy Program offers ninjas the chance to interact with leaders from large technology and gaming companies and visit headquarters worldwide; winning ninjas have visited Microsoft’s headquarters in Seattle, including Microsoft’s Garage and meetings with the Microsoft Minecraft team, Microsoft MakeCode team, and other teams such as XBOX, Bing, and AI.

Parent testimonials report that children enjoy Code Ninjas, are excited to show what they make, and leave with smiles, and that Parent’s Night Out has been a success. Parents describe their children as loving the program, coding their first game quickly, enjoying friendly teachers, and growing in their interest in coding, with one parent noting a positive impact on problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in the community.
