White Tiger Martial Arts offers a Taekwondo Trial Lesson that includes a custom uniform for $59, an introduction to basic Taekwondo, and a White Belt. It also offers curriculum memberships with two curriculum classes each week, family training where parents train with children, and sparring for students when they become Black Belts.
Programs
- Taekwondo Trial Lesson — Each quarter new students begin in a two-week trial session. Includes a custom uniform for $59, introduction to basic Taekwondo, a White Belt, and a chance to see if the program is a fit.
- Curriculum Memberships — Monday through Friday; 2 curriculum classes per week · Monthly and annual memberships. Students attend 2 curriculum classes per week in preparation for quarterly testing.
- Family Training — Parents train with children.
- Sparring — Introduced when students become Black Belts; practiced in Black Belt class.

About the provider
White Tiger Martial Arts opened in 2006 and has served the Bothell/Mill Creek area since 2006. The leadership team includes Grand Master Yoo, a 7th Degree Black Belt; Mrs. Yoo, a 4th Degree Black Belt; and Black Belt Instructors who are all Kukkiwon certified Black Belts. Grand Master Yoo studied at Yong-In University in Seoul, South Korea, earned a Bachelor Degree in Sport Science with an emphasis in Taekwondo, and has more than 45 years of Taekwondo experience and 30 years of professional teaching. Mrs. Yoo has more than 25 years of Taekwondo experience and 20 years of teaching.
Students should start at 5+. Students attend two curriculum classes each week. White/Yellow Belt make up class on Friday at 4:30 pm requires a reservation at least 24 hours in advance and up to 7 days in advance. Tuition policy states no refunds, no pro-rations for missed classes, and no refunds on tuition already paid. Membership can be frozen for a limited duration by emailing Mrs. Yoo prior to absence. Attendance, uniform, holiday/closure, arrival/departure, class viewing, cancellation, class leave credit, and injury policies are stated on the site.
