The Bear Creek School Summer Camp says it provides an exceptional, experiential education in a fun and nurturing environment that will enable students to discover and pursue their passions. For Summer Camp 2026, the camp runs from June 15, 2026, through July 3, 2026. Through June 1, 2026, The Bear Creek School may issue a refund less a 10% cancellation charge if requested in writing. After June 1 and before the first day of camp, registrants may receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given to no-shows, and refunds are not issued if a child is dismissed for disciplinary action. The school may cancel programs or sessions because of insufficient enrollment and issue a full refund for the specific camp. Attendance is taken, and classes are not prorated for missed days due to vacations, illness, or other activities.
