Michael Parker Golf Academy Junior Programs at Tri-Mountain Golf Course include golf lessons, playing 9 holes, and course play in full day camps. Juniors take part in practice at a full driving range, on chipping greens, on putting greens, and on a 9-hole putting course. The program also offers the Operation 36 program, PGA Junior League, and PGA Junior Golf Camps with instruction on full swing, short game, rules, and golf etiquette.

Every PGA Junior Golf Camp is taught by a certified PGA of America Professional, and PGA Junior League experiences are led by expert PGA and LPGA Coaches. The leadership team includes Michael Parker as Director of Instruction, Brian Michaud, PGA, as General Manager, and Dan Bierscheid, GCSAA, as Superintendent. The mission of PGA Jr. League is that every child can be a golfer. Tri-Mountain is a four-star public golf facility, and Michael Parker has been nominated for Teacher of The Year, Golf Professional of The Year, Player Development Award, Youth Player Development Award, PGA Professional Development Award, and Operation 36 Top 50 Coach Award. The Operation 36 Development Model centers around playing golf with the goal to shoot par (36) or better for 9 holes, and PGA Jr. League uses a team scramble format and numbered jerseys. PGA Junior Golf Camps at this facility have a low teacher to student ratio. Rental clubs are available, and custom club fitting with club purchase and special orders are also available.
