Northwood Stables Lessons & Camps

Northwood Stables Lessons & Camps offers riding lessons, horse games, crafts, and hands-on horse care, including grooming and ground work. The program includes general western riding, western pleasure, hunt seat on the rail, showmanship, trail, and gaming. Northwood Stables also runs a Summer Kids Horse Camp and a Summer Adult Horse Camp, which includes grooming and riding for adults along with instruction on the ground and horse husbandry information and classes. Participants can bring their own horse or use one of Northwood Stables' horses, and lessons are offered for children as young as 6 and up.
