ARC Dance School Programs

ARC Dance School Programs includes the Primary Children’s Program, where children ages 3 to 7 years old are introduced to Ballet, and the Foundation Student Program for ages 8 to 18+. It also offers Open Dance & Fitness Classes with Ballet, Tap, and fitness exercise classes, plus The Dance Lab – Fitness Program with drop-in fitness conditioning classes.

About the provider

ARC Dance Productions was incorporated in June 1999 and received its initial IRS tax-exempt status as a 501(c)3 organization in October 1999. ARC Dance Company gave its debut performance that same year, and ARC Ballet School was launched in 2004. ARC supports community dance education programs and professional performances, and serves the community through its school’s dance training programs as well as professional company concerts at Seattle Center.

• Primary Children’s Program — Ages 3 to 8+ years; children three to seven years old are introduced to Ballet · Mon-Fri, with classes listed on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, and Sat · Class sizes are limited to 8 students per class. Number of classes per week: 1–2. Performance opportunity: Annual Nutcracker production and biennial School showcase and Demonstration performance.
• Foundation Student Program — Ages 8 to 18+
• Open Dance & Fitness Classes — Adults and intermediate level teens (14 years +) · On-going annual basis, September through June; follows the School Calendar (September–June) · Offers progressive beginning, intermediate, and advanced level dance classes in Ballet and Tap with various other Fitness exercise classes.
• The Dance Lab – Fitness Program — Adults and teens (14 years and older) · On-going basis, September through August · Drop-in fitness conditioning classes supplemental to dance classes or used as daily exercise. No dance experience is necessary.

Register and payment for Open classes are completed online. Students sign in at the ARC office. ARC is located in a security coded building. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time. No refunds/exchanges/transfers or credits once payment is processed. Tuition is non-refundable. A $35 non-refundable annual registration fee is applied to the first session.
