GOLFTEC South Lake Union – Youth Golf Lessons

GOLFTEC South Lake Union Youth Golf Lessons offers youth golf lessons for ages 6–17. The program includes lessons with professional coaches, club fitting with a certified fitter, in-bay practice time, tour level tech and training tools, and pro shop discounts of 10% off. It uses video feedback, gamified practice, OPTIMOTION 3D swing capture, high-speed video, and launch monitors.

• Youth Golf Lessons — Age 6-17 · Engaging golf programs for junior players ages 6–17. Certified coaches combine video feedback and gamified practice to build sound swing mechanics and course confidence.
• Golf Lessons — Age 18+ · Start your path to lower scores with data-driven golf instruction. Every lesson plan begins with an OPTIMOTION™ 3D Swing Evaluation to measure your motion and build a custom improvement roadmap.
• Senior Golf Lessons — Age 55+ · Adapt your swing to match your current flexibility and strength. Lessons focus on core stability, ball striking consistency, and injury prevention.
• Women's Golf Lessons — Age 18-55 · Tailored instruction using real-time video and 3D swing data to build distance, improve contact, and eliminate misses.
• Beginner Golf Lessons — Age 18-55 · Beginner-friendly instruction using real-time video and 3D swing data. Learn the fundamentals, make more consistent contact, and build confidence.
