Seattle Volleyball Academy offers high-level quality training and player development for volleyball players. The program focuses on developing and training proper fundamentals, mechanics, and knowledge of the game, and it offers private or group training with its coaching staff.

• Ages: 11–18 years old

Founded in 2021, Seattle Volleyball Academy began with a single U12 team and expanded to 6 teams in 2022, 9 teams in 2023, and 11 teams for the 2025 season across U12–U18 Development, Regional, and National teams. Seattle Volleyball Club is led by Seattle Volleyball Academy Director Genne Baleto and Director of Player Development Joe Baleto. Seattle Volleyball Academy is a program of Washington Athletic Academy, which also operates Washington Fastpitch Academy and Washington Baseball Academy. The 2025 season includes the program’s first graduating class of players, with 7 players who wanted to play volleyball in college earning a scholarship to play. The program’s mission states that it was established to provide high-level quality training and player development, with a focus on teaching both fundamentals and advanced skills of the game so players can reach their full potential.
