Washington Baseball Academy offers baseball training that includes private try-outs, a nutrition program, and a speed, agility and strength program. All players have access to HitTrax, and 14U–18U players have access to the Rapsodo pitching system. High school players have access to a full-weight room as part of their training.

Washington Baseball Academy was established in 2020 and has grown to 14 teams for ages 8U–18U. Training coaches have played at the college and professional levels. The program is part of Washington Athletic Academy, which also operates Seattle Volleyball Academy and Washington Fastpitch Academy. The academy requires players to work hard in the classroom as well as on the field, assists players who need additional support with their studies, and helps players who want to play in college find a school where they can continue playing. It operates out of Go Time Athletics and provides all players full access to the indoor training facilities. The stated goal is to help players reach higher levels of play through quality coaching, training, workouts, and guidance, while embracing a true love of the sport.
