About

Seward Park Audubon Center Programs include guided walks, hands-on learning, and quiet moments of observation. The program also features an exhibit of Molly Hashimoto's "The West: An Artist's View," which includes relief prints, watercolors, and etchings. Families can also connect with the Center through the weekly email newsletter "Chickadee Chatter," which shares stories of local birds, seasonal shifts, and news of programs and gatherings.

• Schedule: Center open hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm

Since 2008, Seward Park Audubon Center Programs have welcomed thousands of children, teens, and adults. The programs are guided by a mission to protect birds and the places they need, today and tomorrow. The Center states that it strives to strengthen community by facilitating a deeper connection to nature and the wonder of birds, including in southeast Seattle where it focuses on cultivating wonder and curiosity for nature.
