Silvana’s Dessert Academy Camps offers baking only camp, master chef camp, and spring break baking. Activities include cakes, tarts, pies, madeleines, financiers, rolls, sweet bread, desserts, entrees, and a variety of different dishes each day.
Programs
- Baking only camp — A fun baking day, from cakes to tarts, pies, madeleines, financiers, rolls, sweet bread, etc.
- Master chef camp — A week of baking and cooking a bit of everything, from desserts to entrees.
- Spring break baking — Kids will work on a variety of different dishes each day.

About the provider
Silvana’s Dessert Academy was established in 1987 and is led by pastry chef Silvana Junge. The Academy says it offers children a fun and educational experience to develop kitchen skills and provides a creative and professional environment where children learn how to bake delicious desserts. It uses fresh, local, and mostly organic ingredients.
