The program’s mission states that Villa Ventures Summer Camps feature high-quality, engaging outdoor and indoor experiences for curious and creative minds aged four to 14, with an immersive and comprehensive whole-child educational experience where campers engage in personal growth, creative expression, and practical skills development. Small group sizes and expert instructors provide personal attention that supports experiential learning and confidence.

Lunch Child Care must be purchased if a child is registered for two half-day camps, and it is not needed for full-day camps that run from 9 AM to 3 or 4 PM. Villa Ventures staff supervise lunch, facilitate play, and take each child to their afternoon camp location.

Villa Ventures provides what it describes as the largest, most robust summer camp experience in the greater Seattle area, with children joining from over 100 different schools. The program follows a Cabrinian model of education that balances academic challenge with character development in values of service, justice, critical thinking, and effecting positive change, and it creates real-world connections to the greater community. Campers also meet Vinnie the Camper Bear, who participates in all six weeks of Villa Ventures each summer.

Villa Academy, which hosts Villa Ventures Summer Camps, is accredited by the Northwest Association of Independent Schools (NWAIS) and is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS), Puget Sound Independent Schools (PSIS), the Washington Federation of Independent Schools (WFIS), the Educational Records Bureau (ERB), POCIS Seattle, and the National Catholic Education Association (NCEA), and is certified (Level 3) by Washington Green Schools.

Testimonials from alumni and current parents describe experiences with art instruction focused on close observation, time spent exploring woods and working on forts, participation in robotics, long-term involvement in soccer including coaching younger children, and appreciation for small classes, learning support, and exposure to band, music, Art, Spanish, the Makerspace, and after-school sports and activities.
