Seattle Dance Fitness Kids Camps & Classes offers Dance Fitness + Art Summer Camps that combine dancing, crafting, and themed routines, and Hip Hop Kids Dance Fitness classes that feature kid-friendly routines based on original pop and hip hop choreography. The focus of Hip Hop Kids Dance Fitness classes is not on performing, perfecting steps, or technique, but on getting kids enjoying moving their bodies for fitness and fun, and classes are described as a dance party featuring kid-friendly hip hop and pop routines. GROOV3 for Tweens + Teens is described as a non-stop choreo dance party for tweens and teens. Scholarships are available for both kids and adults, drop-ins are available for classes in session, and birthday parties are offered in-studio only. The program also offers PE units, school events or assemblies, birthday parties, and family fun nights.

Hip Hop Kids Dance Fitness was developed by owner and director Jessica Gleason, who has been teaching dance and movement to kids and adults for more than 15 years. Seattle Dance Fitness states that it is on a mission to bring its excitement for the power of dance to everyBODY, and that its classes will ignite passion for fitness, dance, and community, and inspire, empower, and fuel people in their everyday life. The program was created to be an inclusive space for all to enjoy dance and movement. Seattle Dance Fitness has been in operation from 2018 to 2026.

Seattle Dance Fitness offers Kids Dance Fitness Classes at various schools in the Greater Seattle area and currently offers after-school Hip Hop Kids classes at Bothell Frank Love, Edmonds Elementary, Robert Frost Elementary, Clara Barton Elementary, Greenlake Elementary, Hazelwolf K–8, Briarcrest Elementary, Cascade K–8, Lake Forest Park, Meridian Park, Ridgecrest Elementary, and Syre Elementary, and welcomes PTAs to contact them with interest in bringing the program to after-school enrichment programs.

One parent, Katie K., shared that she loves Jessica, her choreography, her music choices, her high energy, her positivity, how she makes everyone feel like family, and how she makes people feel like the best version of themselves, and said she continued dancing with Jessica up until the day she delivered her baby and would highly recommend the program for both advanced dancers and people who have never danced before.
