Operation 36

Operation 36 is a golf program that focuses on making learning golf simple and social. The program teaches golf in reverse, starting everyone at level 1 from just 25 yards from the center of the green and using a curriculum and app to learn and track progress. Technology is provided to guide participants every step of their golf journey, with thousands of local golf pros there to guide participants.

• Ages: 6–18 years old

Operation 36 has over 810 program locations where participants can enroll, with programs led by expert coaches. The program uses a level system where the goal is to shoot 36 (par) or better over 9 holes to move from level 1 at 25 yards to level 2 at 50 yards, continuing through 6 levels until participants can shoot 36 from the full tee box. Operation 36 reports over 225,000 beginners have become golfers, over 220,000 participants, over 920,000 strokes lost, and over 560,000 strokes improved. The product is built with families in mind, and Operation 36 states it is paving a path for a new way for all to learn to play golf.
