STARZ Gymnastics Academy offers recreational gymnastics classes, tumbling classes, ninja classes, and birthday parties. Students in recreational gymnastics spend time each week on all four Olympic events: vault, bars, beam, and floor. Tumbling students use training tools including trampolines, a spring floor, a foam floor, and mats of various shapes and sizes, and ninja classes use obstacle courses that focus on confidence and coordination.

The facility includes an 18’ inflatable slide, multiple trampolines, a foam pit, balance beams, uneven bars, a spring floor, and mats of all shapes and sizes. During STARZ Birthday Parties, the entire facility is reserved for the party and guests, and each birthday party includes 30 minutes in a Party Room for gifts and food. For classes, girls are asked to wear a leotard and/or athletic clothing without skirts, tights, hanging zippers or strings, or exposed midriffs, with long hair tied back and no jewelry other than stud earrings; boys are asked to wear a T-shirt or tank top tucked into athletic shorts, and children come to class barefoot and bring a water bottle. The mission at STARZ is to provide the maximum amount of opportunity, through gymnastics, for each individual in the program in a positive, uplifting environment.
One parent shared that both of their daughters are gymnasts at STARZ and described the gym as their second home, saying the girls have experienced growth both mentally and physically. Another parent said their daughter started in a recreational program at STARZ while on a ballet waitlist, chose to stay in gymnastics, and now speaks highly of her coaches and staff. A third parent said STARZ Gymnastics Academy has been a way for their daughter to meet new friends and gain strength and confidence, and that she is competing for the first time this season.
