Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee – Camp Whitcomb/Mason

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee – Camp Whitcomb/Mason is part of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee. The program is connected to a larger organization that offers academic support, recreational activities, meals, mentorship, athletics, and arts access to youth.

Since its founding in 1887 by Annabell Cook Whitcomb, who transformed two basement rooms at Plymouth Church into a haven for local boys, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee has grown into the city’s largest youth-serving agency and the largest Boys & Girls Clubs in the nation. The organization has a dedicated team of nearly 500 full- and part-time employees. Today, thousands of Milwaukee’s youth find safety, support, and inspiration daily through the Clubs’ diverse programs, which include academic support, recreational activities, meals, mentorship, athletics, and arts access. One Club alumni shared, “The Boys & Girls Clubs helped me be a better person, make a difference in the world, be a good mom with silly songs to sing, great stories to share, and friendships to last a lifetime.”
