Wisconsin Youth Company has operated as a 501c3 non-profit organization since 1974. Its mission is to engage youth in opportunities to encourage them to be their best selves. Wisconsin Youth Company operates Elver Park and Theresa Terrace Neighborhood Centers offering residents equitable access to resources. Wisconsin Youth Company has provided a scholarship for every child who needs one for the past 10 years. WYC is committed to building an organizational culture, developing childcare professionals, and supporting children and families in a way that embraces diversity, fosters an environment of inclusion and enhances equity.
