About
Boys & Girls Club of Kiel Middle School offers after-school youth development programming for all youth in grades 5–8, including students who are not enrolled at Kiel Middle School. Members are expected to be signed in by 3:30 unless otherwise discussed with the director, and once checked in, they remain checked in until they are picked up or leave for the day with parent permission, except in cases of an appointment or other circumstance discussed with the director ahead of time.
• Ages: 10–13 years old
• Schedule: Mondays–Thursdays from the end of the school day until 6 pm
• Price: There is no fee for youth to attend this Club location.
The Boys & Girls Club of Kiel Middle School operates Mondays through Thursdays and is always closed on any Kiel no-school days, and it is also closed on Fridays. Parents or other authorized pickup people who are 18 years or older can enter through the middle door in the back of the school or call or text the Club cell phone to have their children sent out. All Club families are required to create an account through the Caregiver Portal, which is used for registrations, payments, youth information, and related needs. If a child needs to take medication during Club hours, the program requires separate Club medication forms completed by a physician and a parent or guardian, and any medications taken at the Club must be in a separate bottle from school medications. All Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley members at this site are eligible to attend the Appleton or Menasha Club on no-school days if the no-school days align between districts. The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley is to inspire and enable all young people to reach their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring individuals. The leadership for this site includes Kristin Griswold, Director of Middle School Site Operations.
