Little Chute Parks, Recreation & Forestry Programs offers instructional, athletic, social, and aquatic activities, along with access to playground equipment and picnicking areas. Program options include softball, baseball, soccer, football, volleyball, tennis, basketball, ice skating, and festivals.

• Schedule: Registration for most recreation programs begins Tuesday, April 1 at 8:00 a.m. for residents and non-residents, with separate online or in-person registration dates and times for different swim lesson sessions, and additional recreation program registration beginning Thursday, August 1 at 8:00 a.m.; the office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except on major holidays.

The department maintains over 86 acres of parks, open space areas, and wilderness for these activities. Registration for recreation programs can be completed online or in person, is first-come, first-served, and each program is limited in size. Most recreation programs can be registered for through an online registration website using a debit or credit card with no additional fees, while in-person registrations at the Park & Rec Department at Village Hall are paid with cash or check only. The department provides a 2025 Spring/Summer Programs Book and a 2025 Fall/Winter Programs Book online, with printed copies available in the Park & Rec Office. Department e-newsletters are sent once a month with information on upcoming recreation programs, events, and park news, and a Rainout Line is available at (920) 423-3873. The Parks, Recreation, & Forestry Director is John McDonald, and the Recreation Supervisor is Karen Schuh.
