Milestones Early Educational Community

Milestones Early Educational Community is a Nationally Accredited, five-star rated, Reggio Emilia inspired school that uses a child-driven, self-guided curriculum based on the principles of respect, responsibility, and community. The program values each child's unique background and culture and creates a learning space where everyone feels a sense of belonging in a supportive and Christian environment. Milestones partners with children to adapt the Reggio Emilia-inspired learning approach for its preschool curriculum.

Milestones Early Educational Community child care centers are Nationally Accredited, five-star rated, and Pyramid Model implementation sites. The program states that it views each child as imaginative, independent, and eager to learn, and that it offers a supportive and enriching environment.

The leadership team includes owners Arnie Swoboda and Kerry Swoboda, director Jamie Saxton, and multiple lead and assistant teachers such as Jackie Prudlow, Samantha Quinn, Jennifer Wilson, Sarah Woodford, Sabrinna Bowe, Kelli Schindler, Kirsten Schauf, and others. Staff credentials include degrees and coursework in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Child Care Services, Human Development and Family Studies, Social Work with a focus on mental health, and related fields from institutions such as the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, University of Wisconsin–Madison, University of Wisconsin–Stout, Chippewa Valley Technical College, WITC–New Richmond, and The Education Station.
