Elite Sports Club-Mequon Youth Activities & Camps

Elite Sports Club-Mequon Youth Activities includes options such as Aqua Zumba Pool Party, water aerobics, swim lessons, and summer camps and lessons. The program also offers group exercise classes, yoga, indoor cycling (spin), personal and group training, and recreational sports leagues including tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball. Additional services at the same club include supervised weekly games and activities for kids in 1st–4th grade through Club14, as well as massage therapy and physical therapy.

• Ages: 6–17 years old
• Schedule: Activities and facilities available during general club hours, with additional seasonal outdoor pool hours and set times for the playroom and Club14/E-Zone

Group fitness instructors for activities such as group exercise classes, water aerobics, and yoga are required to hold certifications from A.C.E., AFAA, or another nationally recognized organization or a certification specific to the classes they teach, along with current CPR/AED certification. Certified water aerobics instructors must complete an accredited water exercise training program, yoga instructors must have at least 200 CYT hours plus CPR/AED certification, and lifeguards must be Red Cross Certified and maintain rescue skills at the audit quality levels set by Elite Sports Clubs. Elite Sports Club-Mequon became part of the Elite Sports Club family in 2005.
