Creative Soul Camp

Creative Soul Camp offers yoga, art, culinary, drama, music, and cooking classes in a playful camp setting. Programs include yoga and mindfulness classes, art through Monroe Street Arts Center, after school theater classes, summer camps through Character Kids, and hands-on interactive culinary classes and camps through Yummy Sprout that focus on creative, healthy, and fun food.

Creative Soul Camp was founded in 2017 by experienced educators and is directed by Jamie Gale, with Shalon Atwood serving as Creative Soul Administrative Manager. Jamie co-founded and directs Creative Soul Camp, directs the Creative Soul Afterschool Club and Mosaic Afterschool Club, and is the owner and co-director of a kids yoga teacher training called Meet Me in Child's Pose and a camp counselor training called The Star Counselor. She also owns the podcast network Lit Path Studios and the professional and personal development company Boss Mama. Creative Soul Camp offers summer camps, after school clubs, and school break camps, along with after school programs such as Mosaic Afterschool Club and Creative Soul Club. The program focuses on yoga, art, culinary activities, drama, and community, and emphasizes friendship, creativity, expression, and fun. Creative Soul programs state that they will always be a space to create and color outside the lines. Youth enrichment specialists involved with Creative Soul programs include little om BIG OM, Monroe Street Arts Center, Character Kids, and Yummy Sprout. Creative Soul Camp has been featured on NBC15 and in the Wisconsin State Journal.
