Wisconsin Conservatory of Music – Youth Lessons, Classes & Camps offers music private lessons and music group lessons in areas such as piano, strings and harp, voice, guitar and ukulele, percussion, woodwinds, and brass. The program also includes Milwaukee Children’s Choir, jazz and contemporary music, chamber music, a Chamber Music Institute, early childhood programs, and summer music camps.

Wisconsin Conservatory of Music reports serving over 11,500 students annually with more than 100 music faculty who are described as expert teaching artists and a renowned faculty of teaching artists. The organization states that it is the largest community music school in the state and that it is celebrating over 126 years of musical excellence. Its mission is “Inspiring individuals and communities through exceptional music education, accessible to all—unlocking potential and creating musical experiences that last a lifetime.” The program notes performance opportunities in concerts, recitals, music hours, and more, as well as practice room access for students and a dedicated student services team. It also cites community partnerships with 52 schools and community partners, along with tuition assistance and merit scholarships that make music education accessible to all, and offers summer music camps for kids, teens, and adults of all experience levels.
