The Racine Art Museum and RAM’s Wustum Museum work together with Art Classes and Youth Workshops as part of their role as a community resource, with spaces for discovery, creation, and connection. RAM maintains a nationally recognized collection of more than 14,000 works, including more than 9,000 works in ceramics, glass, fiber, wood, metal, polymer, and found media. Racine Art Museum is described as “America's Home for Contemporary Craft,” and its exhibitions emphasize the ideas behind artwork, with all shows changing two to three times each year and currently drawn almost exclusively from RAM’s collection. RAM and Wustum Museum typically offer 20–25 events throughout the year at both museum campuses and elsewhere in Racine.

Art Classes and Youth Workshops are part of an organization led by Executive Director Robb Woulfe, with education and community engagement overseen by Director of Education and Community Engagement Tricia Blasko and School and Family Programs Coordinator Veronica Averkamp. Education Program Facilitators Eva Foster and Lauren Glomski are also listed among the staff connected to education programs. After five decades of service, Founding Director Emeritus Bruce W. Pepich retired in July 2025, and the Bruce W. Pepich Legacy Fund was established to honor his work.
