Unlocked Potential Youth Basketball Programs offers youth basketball leagues, youth camps, tournaments, clinics, and programs, along with youth sports training sessions. Participants can take part in athletic training sessions, sports training, 1-on-1 training sessions, large group training sessions, private small group training sessions, and footwork and agility training sessions. The program also runs specific events such as the Winter Break Youth Camp in Flagstaff, the 2026 Winter Youth Basketball League, the Flag Elite Winter Youth Basketball League, the Flag Elite Youth Basketball Travel Team, the 2026 MLK Break Youth Camp, the 2025 Winter Break Youth Camp, the 6-Week Rising Stars Academy Program, and seasonal Flagstaff youth basketball leagues throughout the fall, winter, and spring.

The program’s mission is to develop, teach, build confidence and help kids at all skill levels and ages with the opportunity to improve their fundamental skills for all sports, and to help build their confidence, character, work ethic, team work, discipline and life skills to be successful on and off the court. Unlocked Potential’s focus is on athletic training, youth basketball leagues, camps, programs and more for youth in Northern Arizona, and it operates out of Flagstaff, AZ. Championship games for the 2026 Flag Elite Winter Youth Basketball League will be played before a Phoenix Suns game at The Mortgage Matchup Center, and participation in leagues includes jerseys, regular season games, playoffs, awards, divisional MVP awards and All Star games. The program welcomes boys and girls starting from 2nd grade and above and trains athletes at every skill level, from beginners learning the basics to advanced players preparing for competitive play. Unlocked Potential provides community fundraisers and a platform for the local community to grow and unlock potential.

The company is led by professional basketball player, owner, trainer and mentor Kiki Locket. The team of trainers are either former athletes or current athletes themselves. The program works with all financial situations, including low-income families, and offers payment plans.
