Excel Soccer Academy offers a House program, a Farm program, camps, and clinics that focus on soccer training. Players take part in training to build technical skills and to introduce the mental, physical, and tactical aspects of soccer, along with confidence-building sessions led by experienced coaches.

Excel Soccer Academy is described as a premier Arizona program focused on developing athletes both on and off the field and is one of the smallest clubs in Arizona. It provides expert training for players ages 5–19 and is noted as an elite program in Arizona with a commitment to the individual development and education of young athletes. The House program is designed to build on the foundation of technical skills while introducing the mental, physical, and tactical aspects of soccer. The Farm program offers an affordable, low-pressure environment with less travel and time commitment and follows a set curriculum. Camps and clinics are built to drive player development and foster a competitive edge, and many teams are ranked nationally. Players receive personalized guidance and individual attention from staff, including Director of Coaching Stryker Aguilar. The program’s mission statement is, “We believe every athlete has the right to excel.” The website is powered by SportsEngine’s Sports Relationship Management (SRM) software.
