Thunderbird FC was founded in 2018 by the Zaccagnio family. Anthony Zaccagnio is the Executive Director for the club. The program states that it exists to foster the physical, mental, social, and emotional growth of youth through soccer in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and surrounding communities.
